I was beyond thrilled with my engagement ring!! My finance had it hand made and Paul was able to work with him to pick the perfect diamond. I am constantly being stopped told that my ring is gorgeous! We also got our wedding bands here and love them. Radcliffe's employees really took the time to educate us and gave us the high quality personal experience that we wanted.

Very expensive but they have a great selection of unique pieces. Service is hit or miss

Rachel and Michael at Radcliffe Jewelers off Reisterstown road were so great to work with. I feel like they became our friends because they were patient and fun and helped us find amazing bands that were within our price range. I would recommend them to any one and Matt and I say all the time that we will go back to them for fine jewelry in the future.

I was very pleased with the service I recieved at Radcliffe. I didnt have that big of a budget for my engagement ring, but they showed me many options and worked with me when I finally found THE ONE!

We chose to register for our fine china, glassware, flatware and some decorative items at Radcliffe Jewelers. The registry staff was great to work with and the products to choose from are exquisite. We went with both the letters program and the cash account program so that our guests could choose from either the fine items or the decorative. My new husband and I are looking forward to going back into Radcliffe with all of our letters to gather everything up!

Michael at Radcliffe Jewelers is my official jeweler for life...and I never dreamed I'd be able to say that!!! The moment I walked into the gorgeous shop, I felt like a movie star, and ever since then, I feel as though I get the full movie start treatment when I step thru the door! Since the moment I found Radcliffe, all my jewelry dreams have come true! Michael helped to create a custom, one of a kind PERFECT engagement ring, as well as two accompanying pink sapphire wedding bands, which get more attention then I ever dreamed!!! I have brought ALL of my girlfriends, mom and dad to the store, even the ones who live 3 hours away! Aside from carrying designer lines of fabulous jewelry, they also carry fine china, house wares and custom glass creations -- a truly over the top experience. Michael has become a friend to my husband and I, and we make the trip up to Pikesville to pop in and say hi (and get my rings cleaned ;-) ) Radcliffe will blow you away..ladies do yourself a favor and check them out!!!

Todd Brown at Radcliffe Jewelers was fantastic. He helped my extremely indecisive husband find the perfect ring and helped me find a gorgeous necklace for the wedding. We were struck by the individual attention we were given, the time dedicated to helping us find just what we wanted, and the patience of Mr. Brown. We were so impressed we decided to register for our china at Radcliffe's and we weren't disappointed. We've already been back to Radcliffe's for birthday gifts and more nesting!

We were overall happy with Radcliffe's. We bought both my engagement and wedding ring there. When my engagement ring broke they fixed it in a timely manner with no hassle. I loved the way my wedding band turned out as well. All the wedding bands we look at were a bit too expensive so instead the sales person recommended that we take a plain band and engrave it in a style that matched my engagement ring. This was much less expensive alternative and it turned out much better than I had expected. Also I love that the ring is one of a kind.

Our engagement ring, wedding bands and several other pieces of jewelry we have are from here. They have an amazing selection of quality rings. We have bought several pieces from them over the last several years and can't imagine going anywhere else. They are a reliable and trustworthy company to work with. Their service and staff are top notch.

Radcliff was absolutely wonderful to work with. My husband and I bought my engagement ring there as well as both of our wedding bands. The staff was always wonderful and so polite. They cleaned up our rings and polished them for free. They also gave us quite a discount on my wedding band since we had bought two rings there previously. They have two customers for life. My husband actually went there on his own and bought a necklace and earing set for my birthday and it is absolutely gorgeous. I love Radcliffe Jewelers!

Great collection and good deals!

We were so thrilled by the service at Radcliffe. We purchased our wedding bands, engagement gift, and wedding gifts there. My engagement ring was not purchased there but with the purchase of our bands they sized my ring at no charge, then right before our wedding they cleaned my engagement ring with no charge. Everyone could learn a thing or two about customer service from them. Thank you!!

Created a custom wedding band that matched a very ornate engagement band. And they did so in a limited amount of time. Although they negotiated slightly on the cost, obviously it was still expensive. All the same, we highly recommend their custom jewelry.

Our rings were beautiful but had a few problems after the wedding.

Top notch jeweler. They took care of everything. My wedding band didn't fit two weeks before wedding, and somehow they made it work. It was an eternity band that was two sizes to big, so it wasn't an easy fix. They took care of it and we were so happy!

My experience with Mrs. Geckle at Radcliffe's was excellent. She was very attentive and gave my fiance and I her opinion without attemtting to lead our choices. She ran the gammit with us giving us choices from failry reasonable to utterly rediculous. We left with confidence in our selection and utter satisfaction. Thanks so much.
