The things I liked very much about the Midtown Jewelers were: They were not pushy and were very patient while I was trying many rings on and couldn't decide which one I liked the best. They offered us a very good price on what I wanted. I will go back to the Midtown Jewelers again for sure and would recommend it to anyone.

I had a very unique request for the engagement ring. I visited mutliple jewelers and all tried to tell me what restrinctions I had. Only Midtown Jewelers listened, designed and created EXACTLY what I needed with a local artist AND had it all done in record time. I was very demanding and extremely concerned, but they remained patient and intent on getting it right. I messed up on the size and my wife refuses to take it off for even a minute to get it resized.....it has been almost one year and I can't get her to take it off her finger....GREAT JOB!

Midtown Jewelers provided phenomenal service to my wife and I. I purchased my wedding band from Midtown Jewelers in January of 2011. The Sales Associate was very helpful and friendly. She helped me determine my ring size, told me about all my different wedding band options, and provided feedback as to what looked best on me. They even cleaned my wife's engagement ring for free on numerous occasions, even though it wasn't purchased from the store. My ring size changed slightly a few weeks before the actual wedding, and Midtown was able to resize the ring for me in just a couple days -- at no cost. Great jewelry store!! I'll definitely go back to them for future purchases.

Even after our purchase, we were contacted to make sure our experience was everything it could have been, which it was. And for a gay couple, living in the suburbs, it was especially comforting to know that we could be treated with the same dignity and respect as any other couple. Midtown Jewelers is an excellent place to go. They have great selection and if you can't find anything you want they'll get it in the store so you can see it in person. Fantastic staff, service and prices. We got the engagement ring, wedding rings and wedding jewelry from them. Great place to go!!

Bobby and his entire team are absolutely fabulous to work with! Every time I walk in, they know me by name. They were such a pleasure to work with and made sure everything came out perfect for my husband's wedding band, then checked up just to make sure he liked it! My brother and future sister-in-law are also using Midtown Jewelers based on my recomendation, and are also equally as thrilled with the service. Bobby and Midtown Jewelers were fantastic to work with. We purchased Lynn’s wedding band from Midtown. They are conveniently located in the Reston town center. The consultation went smoothly and the wedding band was delivered on-time and as expected. The week before the wedding we made a last minute decision to reshape the engagement ring (not purchased from Midtown) so it would fit flush against the wedding band. Midtown took on the task and delivered both rings 2 days before the wedding. However, the rings were resized and they did not fit on the ring finger. We immediately called Bobby and he called us back during his family dinner. He picked up the rings the next day and had them corrected within hours. We knew that rush orders can result in potential issues, but it was Midtown’s dedication to perfection and customer service that got us the perfectly sized rings for the wedding. We highly recommend Bobby and Midtown Jewelers.

Bobby at Midtown Jewelers was a life saver! In less then two weeks he was able to finalize a brand new, custom engagement setting, a custom fitting wedding band, and a custom men's band. The new custom engagement setting was better then the first one we had! The custom wedding band to fit the engagement ring fits amazingly well! The custom men's band is perfect and Bobby even helped us register it with the manufacturer. I would recommend Midtown to ANYONE!!!!

Midtown Jewlers is the absolute perfect destination for your jewelry (especially wedding) needs. Not only will you marvel at its gorgeous, polished interior and exterior, you will immediately feel at home with the kind and courteous staff - especially owner Bobby Singh. He personally assisted me in selecting my wedding rings, which was quite the experience given that my husband-to-be (who is an active duty Marine) was unreachable due to his work. Everyone is treated like royalty at Midtown, which is hard to come by these days.

I purchased an engagement ring and both my wife's and my wedding band from Midtown Jewelers and had great experiences. The process of looking for an engagement ring was very nerve-wracking in the beginning, but when I went to Midtown and started talking to Bobby my nerves were instantly calmed. He was extremely helpful in picking out the diamond and setting I wanted, and the price was very reasonable! The process with the wedding bands was also very smooth with Midtown. Midtown Jewelers was the perfect store for me to find everything I could have wanted related to my wedding. My engagement ring was purchased from them so naturally we went back there for both of our wedding bands. The entire staff is a pleasure and very knowledgeable and extremely helpful as well as always friendly. We purchased beautiful gold plated red roses for our moms to remember the occasion by from Midtown as well.
They have such a wide selection of jewelry and carry some of the best designers. There is something for everyone's budget in this store. We continue to go back and will be loyal customers for a very long time!
We got married in the Caribbean and have already been back within weeks of our wedding to have them find an anklet with shells for me to remember it all by. Within days they had found a few and now I just need to decide which one I want. They evn have someone that designs custom jewelry if that is a path you want to go down.
I definitely recommend you stop in, you will not be disappointed!!!

All of the staff at Midtown Jewelers are very knowledgeable and caring. They took their time to help me find exactly the perfect ring for me and for my husband.
