Loane Bros., Inc.

Loane Bros. was the exclusive rental company at my venue, so unfortunately we were stuck with them. We used them for our reception tent, and all table and chair rentals. The end result turned out very nicely, however they were a HUGE headache to deal with throughout the entire planning process. Their communication with me and between their own departments was horrendous. I had a very difficult time getting follow up from them regarding any questions or concerns, would have to send numerous eamils, make phone calls and even had my parents get involved to follow up. Other examples of issues that arose: They would send a tent/table layout and then someone else would email the contract with completely different sized tables than what we had requested. They offered one set up and when I wasn't satisfied, they deferred to me to come up with other solutions, rather than making suggestions. The tent department never communicated with the table/chair department. They were unaware of certain parameters that needed to be followed at the venue (even though they were the exclusive rental company there). Their prices are considerably higher than other comparable rental companies, of which they are well aware. They were extremely unprofessional any time we met in person with a representative from the company to discuss concerns (arrived late for meetings, forgot to bring layout drawings with them, etc.). I was satisfied with the end result, the tent did look really nice and all the tables and chairs worked out, however their service in the 11 months I worked with them leading up to my wedding, was extremely disappointing and I would not use their services again.

Tent was beautiful, they were very flexible and were great executing our rain plan! Very happy with the way they did our wedding and our engagement party!

I felt like for the quality of the chairs, etc you are getting it was overpriced. I was not happy that on multiple occasions as I made changes to my order that those changes weren't in the invoices that were sent to me. I had to double check and point out a lot of mistakes. For the final balance due, they overcharged my husband since they hadn't updated my invoice based on the changes I had sent weeks ago. They eventually charged us the correct amount when I forwarded the email I had sent them weeks before. I feel like my experience with them was unnecessarily stressful.

Loane Bros was an easy company to deal with, even if at times they were not very quick to get back to us. The tent, tables and chairs were delivered on time and were in good condition. One of the tables broke when they were setting up on our wedding day, and the company was on top of things enough to find someone to bring us an extra table without a problem. Our wedding was perfect!

Overall, we had a good experience with Loane. Only one occasion, one of the workers got snippy with me for asking to get a copy of the revised contract but other than that, we had no problems. I got the referral for Loane Bros. to work with Sue and from then on had no problems whatsoever with working with her. I was trying to stay on a budget and she was more than willing to help work with the budget. Quick, simple and easy to talk to. We only rented chairs by the way so I wouldn't be able to speak of any other rentals. I would highly recommend their services!

They were the BEST to work with. I was able to make last minute changes (due to uncooperative weather) with no problems. Sue was easy to talk to, always responded to my e-mails and phone calls within a day. Sue handled everything- the crew was out the day before and set up, all were friendly and helpful.

For some reason I always had a hard time getting in contact with someone to start my order. But once I was assigned a sales person, there was no issues with responsiveness. They provided a beautiful tent and their rentals were in good condition.

I used Loane Bros for my wedding at my parents home. They were a bit difficult communicating with throughout the process however the work they did turned out very nice. I definitely recommend them if you need a tent and the site you're working with is tricky. They know what they are doing when it comes to tents.

We used Loane Bros. because they have a deal with our reception venue (Waverly Mansion) - we got a discount on all party supples (dishes, tables, chairs, etc.) because they have a permanent tent up at the reception site. It worked out well for us. They drop the dishes and stuff off at the site in crates and you have to set up yourselves, but that's the way they work and we were aware of that. Everything was delivered early (by 9:30 a.m. when we got there!). The guys who came to put the pole covers on the tent were quick, experienced and friendly. We were able to choose dishes in person by visiting their warehouse site, which had experienced some flooding but was in ok condition to show everything still. My calls were always returned, and I got emailed a new contract/bill everytime I made any changes to our rentals. Overall we had a good experience.

They were great! We didn't even have to worry about having someone wash the dishes before we returned them. They dropped off and delivered for us!

Everything was set up as it should be, no problems whatsoever.

Our tent was beautiful. However, Loane Bros was very difficult to work with due to their lack of responsiveness. I wish we would of gone with Tents & Events. It took them several months to get back to us with quotes, etc. They charged us for several items that were not on our original quote. They increased the tent size & number of lanterns without our authorization - and then expected us to pay for it (just to name a few)! Our wedding planner recommended them, so we went with them. 7 months after our wedding, we are still haven't solved the billing issues. It's been a headache throughout the entire process. We will NOT use them in the future and I do NOT recommend them!

My husband and I used the Loane Brothers for our party rentals and tent rentals for our wedding. From the beginning I had a difficult time getting a return phone call from anyone at the Loane Brothers. I left at least 3 or 4 message over a period of a month and a half. Once I did get a return phone call they were shotty at best. Syretta was their only saving grace, she was a pleasure to work with unfortunately she only works in the party rental division. My order was messed up not once, but twice. They charged me for things we didn't order and I'm still working out the details. I would not recommend this company. The service was at the very least quite unimpressive.

Bryan Loane is a magician when it comes to tents! Having the reception at home was expensive but worth every penny. He was flexible with difficult access and a guest number that changed significantly. His excellent computer-generated drawings helped us visualize how the setup would look. He provided a stunning dinner tent, a fine restroom trailer that was the talk of the party, and all the supporting elements including railings for steps -- fortunately, we did not have to use the rain option!

These guys were top notch from the moment Brian Loane came to measure our backyard. They've been in the business longer than anyone else around and know exactly how to make the event a success. This is the obvious choice for a tent wedding.
