Gene at In Motion Video is an absolute gem!! The best value for your money! I can't say enough good things about Gene. My husband was initially against having a Videographer, but after meeting Gene he was sold. After viewing the video, he is soooo glad we went through with it. In the months leading up to our wedding, Gene met with us to find out what exactly we wanted. He came up with the perfect package with everything we wanted while still keeping our budget. He was 100% professional throughout the process. On our wedding day, Gene was prompt and professional. He came for the "getting ready" shots and we hardly noticed him there. Gene was not the "in your face" type of Videographer, but still gets the footage right in the middle of everything. Our DVDs were ready within a couple of weeks! The quality is OUTSTANDING! I have received soooo many compliments on the video. We have watched to DVD 100 times over and are still amazed! Gene captured every special moment with a creative twist. He even found his own "special moments" during the dancing. Gene is truly talented! You will not be disappointed with In Motion Video!! Thanks Gene!

Gene did a wonderful job capturing all of the details of our wedding day. He paid attention to details, during the ceremony, our first dance when my husband wiped my tear from my cheek, and funny moments while dancing -- all of those details that he captured made all the difference in the highlight video. It took me a while to figure out which songs to include in our highlight reel (he asks you to provide a list of 12-15 songs that you'd like to use in the highlight video), but once I gave them to him he provided a link to the draft highlight video within 10 days. And it was AWESOME! There were a few clips that I wanted removed and other pieces that I wanted to add, and Gene was cooperative and quick to make the changes I requested. He did a great job blending the beat of the songs with the video footage and transitioning from one scene to the next, and the end was absolutely perfect. I can't say enough good things about Gene. His creativity, professionalism, responsiveness, and reliability make him a top choice, in my opinion. We looked around at other videography services -- some less expensive (but be mindful that you get what you pay for), and others were outrageously expensive. In Motion Video was a perfect fit and produced a perfect product for us to cherish for years to come.

Working with Gene was fabulous! I wasn't certain I would be able to find a videographer that would cover my event without breaking the bank, given the amount of time I needed (12 hours). Gene and In Motion Video did that and so much more...our video came out beautiful!!!! Not only did he capture all of the special moments of our day, the video seems to highlight our personality as a couple. Our family loved the video just as much as we did. Gene was absolutely amazing! We were married on 9/10/11 and already have all our videos back, the online proof was a great way to ensure the video was what we wanted. Gene was quick to respond and such a nice guy. My husband was on the fence about a videographer bc he doesn't like being filmed and having someone in his face with a video camera, we barley even noticed Gene the entire reception and we didn't notice him at all during the ceremony. He got the great shots we wanted on film. I am super impressed with Gene's quickness which shows his dedication to his work. I am so glad we went with In Motion Video and I will recommend Gene to all future brides! =)

We love our wedding video. Gene sent the highlights footage to us electronically for approval prior to finalizing everthing. All was done very professionally. A great value for the cost.

Gene and his assistant covered our May wedding at Gramercy. The highlights DVD had exceeded my expectations. It was put together so well between the chosen shots and the music - I truly love it! I can't wait to relive the memories of my wedding through the DVD when I am old one day. He was always very responsive via email which is something that is important to me since that is my preferred communication so that everything is in writing. If I had to find anything to comment on - mate it would be that I thought my raw footage would have cover everything in full length. There was one open floor dance that was sort of surprised didn't make it into either videographers raw footage (cupid shuffle).

Gene provided the videography for our November wedding and he was fantastic. The DVD he produced was very professional and flowed smoothly! During the planning phase of our wedding, he was very responsive and easy to work with which is exactly what you want as a bride. He even contacted me first prior to the wedding day to confirm everything. Trust me, it's nice not having to hunt your vendors down before your big day to make sure they know where they are going. All in all, great service and awesome wedding DVD.

My husband and I used Gene DiPaula from In Motion Video for our May 1, 2010 wedding and he was AMAZING!!!!!!! The consultation we had with Gene was great. He's very professional yet extremely personable at the same time. We didn't sign a contract on the spot but I called/emailed him within an hour later to book his services. It was one of the moments where you just have that feeling that its the right choice, and I'm glad we made it. Even without checking out any other videographers we knew Gene was the guy for us! He is very prompt to return emails and phone calls to answer any questions we had.The prices are right on the money for the quality of work you will recieve.The day of the wedding Gene made sure to say hello to us as well as my parents and wedding party. We barely noticed he was there the entire time and he worked very professionally with the photographer and DJ. After we returned from our honeymoon and I got Gene the song list for our highlghts video and it seemed like we had the DVD's at our door in no time. I also had a special dance with my dad and Gene was able to incoporate the real time video into the highlights with ease. I was amazed at the timing of the video to the songs we picked and how it was edited. Gene went above and beyond my expectations at the quality of service he provided. My husband was even inviting our friends over just to see the DVD of our wedding - not something I thought would have happened, but he loved it so much he wanted everyone to see it. Im sooooooooo glad we went with In Motion Video as our wedding videographer. Working with Gene was an absolutely awesome experience. He worked with us on our budget, was extremely easy to work with, and on the day of our wedding blended in with our guests so much we didn't even realize he was there. Not that we didn't want him there or anything, but it was nice to not feel like a camera was pressed up in our faces the whole night.We got our video within just a few weeks of our wedding and it was awesome! His shots were great and the way he blended everything together was seemless ... he even gave us a couple bonus scenes of some fun events during the night which gave my husband and I a great laugh.Overall, In Motion Video was amazing from start to finish ... I would highly recommend In Motion to anyone looking for videography and don't even think about the fact that it isn't necessary. It is a great memory that you won't want to miss. Gene DiPaula has been the best to work with. He was very accommodating both prior to the date, that day and afterwards. He was a perfect fit, I felt like he was part of the wedding. Everyone loved him and he did a fantastic job. Once we received the videos we were even more impressed. By looking at what he did the entire day, we were able to see things that we had missed and it was a lot of fun. The video of the highlights with the music was unbelievable. Our whole family cried the first time we watched it. I'm so thankful that I choose him for our special day. I did contact others but I wasn't impressed at all so there was no trying to decide who to use. In Motion jumped out with no comparison. I hope that others will use his services and be as happy as we were, I guarantee you won't be disappointed.I feel like I have made a friend in Gene, that's how wonderful he was and I want to continue to stay in contact with him. I am the mother of the bride. My daughter didn't have strong feelings about having a videographer, but I did. I knew the evening would go by so fast that we wouldn't remember it all. I interviewed 3 very popular companies and chose Gene because of many reasons but in particular he said he would have the finished product way before the other companies said they would have it done. The wedding was October 3, and we received the DVD December 14.(It would have been even sooner but my daughter didn't send Gene the music she wanted him to use right away) Gene was very professional and we didn't feel as though he was in anyone's way. We received the video's yesterday and I felt like I was attending the wedding for the first time. It was wonderful. We got an unedited DVD that is a few hours long, and a beautifully edited DVD of the highlights done in slow motion at times and music my daughter selected. I would definitely recommend Gene's services to anyone having a special event.

Gene is amazing. He really knows his stuff. People at the end of the night said they didn't even know I had a videographer. He stayed out of the way yet managed to capture all our important moments. Watching the video is like reliving the happiest day of our lives. I couldn't say enough about how wonderful In Motion Video service has been. Everyone should consider them as their videographer!
