Lisa did my hair and makeup for me wedding plus four of my bridesmaids and mom.. She arrived on time and listened to everything everyone wanted. She also went out of her way to follow us to the venue so we could have some pre-wedding makeup and "getting ready" shots. Lisa also helped me when I had my hair cut too short and worked with me to make sure we could achieve the same hairstyle I had previously wanted during my trial. I would recommend Lisa for any wedding and bride who wants the flexibility to have someone at their home for their wedding day.

Lisa did hair and makeup for myself and my 5 bridesmaids. She was awesome. She arrived on time and finished on time. She listened to my entire bridal party and delivered unique and appropriate looks for all of them. I can't wait to see my pictures because I know everyone looked beautiful.Having a stylist come to my hotel to provide hair and makeup services was extremely important to me. I did not want to wrangle all of my girls and go to a salon. Lisa came to Frederick and provided excellent service. It also helps that she is so personable and fun to be around. She made the morning fun. Lisa is also very professional and reasonable priced. She communicated with me often by phone and email. I highly recommend her.

Lisa was wonderful! We did a trial with her for my Bridal Portraits about 3 months before the wedding. Only 2 of my bridesmaids got their makeup done then and one of them was eventually kicked out of the wedding---however, Lisa had no problem substituting another person she had never met with the updo and makeup the ex-bridesmaid was going to receive. Also, on the day of the wedding, Lisa stayed with us for almost 7 hours. She drove for about 3-4 hours to come to VA from MD to provide her services. Additionally, she was flexible the day of; She provided services for people who asked her to that morning and were not on the contract (my mom's makeup, my cousin's hair AND makeup, and my grandmother's makeup). To top all of that off, Lisa fixed a hook for the bustle on my dress, helped me into my dress and undergarments when we were in a rush, and even, unfortunately, put up with getting punched in the face by me during the process (SORRY AGAIN!). To say the least, Lisa was AMAZING. She truly went above and beyond and totally out of her way to meet everyone's needs. She's also quite entertaining to talk to...she kept my nerves calm because she is so funny and comfortable around everyone!We look forward to working with her for future events!

Lisa was great to work with and very flexible. She started my wedding day at 6 am with 5 girls including me and we even added a couple of other services when she got there. She was quick but her hair styles and makeup came at awesome. My husband wanted me to look natural on our wedding day and not made up. Lisa did just that for me, it was absolutely happy with the work she did and said I look beautiful.

Lisa was great! She was able to achieve all the looks the bridesmaids and I wanted for their hair. Her make-up was incredible, and we all received SO many compliments for our hair and make-up. The individual fake eyelashes were my favorite and looked amazing in the photos. Lisa was incredibly reasonably priced, and very professional. Plus getting hair and make-up done in the comfort of your home made it very convenient for my bridal part of 9. Lisa did a wonderful job on my hair and makeup as well as that of my bridesmaids. She made everyone feel extremely comfortable and made getting ready for the big day a fun experience. Also, you get great results at an affordable price. I would definitely recommend her to my friends!

First off I just want to say Lisa you were amazing. I could not have asked for anyone better to do my hair and makeup for my wedding day! The makeup you did for my mother (and my sister at the last minute!!) was beautiful and it lasted all day. Ladies, if you are looking for someone to do your hair and makeup to look the BEST on your wedding day and in your photographs then she is the one to pick. My makeup was flawless the whole day and I had an outdoor wedding. It was 84 degrees outside, I was sweating ALOT but my makeup stayed perfect with just a little bit of powder put on later during the day. Lisa was punctual to every appointment that we had, and when doing my hair she made suggestions for me to get extensions to make my hair look a little fuller - she was absolutely right and it looked awesome. When she did the makeup, I have to admit that I was a little unsure about it, since I don't wear alot of makeup and it seemed like alot. But let me say that I received TONS of compliments about it, and when I saw my wedding photos I looked AMAZING in my photographs. All in all if I could rate Lisa higher than this I would. You will not be disappointed by choosing her for your wedding. She is professional, warm, inviting, and her price really can't be beat for the quality of service that she gives. Lisa provided Hair and makeup for me on my wedding day, as well as hair for my 4 bridesmaids and my mother. We all thought she did an amazing job. She worked quickly and efficiently, and has a style that eases bridal nerves quite well. When the zipper got stuck on my gown, Lisa even stepped in and saved the day, fixing the zipper that 2 of my bridesmaids couldn't salvage! I would definitely recommend Hair and Faces by Lisa to any future brides. She is wonderful!

Lisa showed up to do hair and make-up on members of the wedding party and family at 0630 in the morning and did a fabulous job. She was very sociable with everyone and took the time to make sure that everyone looked fabulous for the wedding even though she was getting strapped for time. Lisa was working on people right up until we left for the Limo. Her most challenging task was doing hair for my 6 year old niece ... who hates to have her hair combed ... she was very patient throughout. Thanks again Lisa!!! Lisa was WONDERFUL! She drove all the way to Queenstown, MD for my wedding. She arrived right on time as promised at 7:30am. She worked on me (the bride), my 8 bridesmaids and 3 flower girls. Lisa did our hair & make-up all day long. She finished around 3:00pm - which was exactly what she stated in her contract. She was fun, professional and EVERYONE loved their hair & make-up. When I looked at other venders for hair/make-up, they were almost double what Lisa charged. Lisa worked within my budget and was a pleasure to work with. My hair & make-up looked amazing! Exactly the way it looked during my trial. Lisa was relaxed and made sure everyone was at ease and kept all the girls laughing!Lisa - thank you so much for everything! WOW! ok i don't even know where to start......by reading the comment that other person wrote saying false info about lisa I highly doubt it really went like that, sounds like a little bit of exaggeration! b/c I totally got the opposite from Lisa! Lisa was great words can't even describe it! She arrived to my house early, considering she probably lived almost 2 hrs away from me! She actuallly woke us girls up, we had a lil too much fun the night before. She got right to business and started, @ first she was only supposed to do me, my flower girl and 1 of the bridesmaids, however it turned out to be 3 more girls! everyone was very satisfied! Lisa is not very pushy and demanding shes just good at what she does and tells you for your best! Shes honest and tells you the truth, if it looks good on you or not, do you really want to walk down the aisle on your wedding day looking like a complete disaster b/c someone told you that you look good when in true reality you dont! NO b/c some people dont have the heart to tell you, that just doesn't look good! All i have to say is that she will make you look the best you can look! MY HUSBAND EVEN LOVED IT wow! As for price its the same rates, maybe less that you will get anywhere else, you get what you pay for! She even added a lil extra to her services for me that should've cost extra! Also not to mention, i was running soooo late b/c other girls decided to get their hair done last mintue b/c they just loved her work! i didnt want my girls looking bad so it was ok to run late, she took some of us girls to where we were meeting the limo and for pictures! got us there quick and also i had a little bit of problems getting my dress to zip the zipper broke! omg what a nightmare, but Lisa fixed it! I dont care what anyone has to say about her shes great and i couldnt have had it any other way! I highly recomend her to anyone Thanks Lisa!

Dear Lisa, Thank you for ALL your assistance at our wedding. You arrived early, set up a very professional space in a very limited area and came prepared for any emergency...and we certainly had our share. In addition to the bride and the wedding party you were able to help out 2 of my nieces who arrived at the wedding in a panic from a hair catastrophe and miss matched eyelashes. Not only were they happy when you finished, but in truth they never looked better. You were also able to repair the damage done by happy tears on the mother of the bride. Lisa was awesome. She woke up super early to get to our venue at 5:30am and still managed to be awake, alert and friendly all day. She did hair for 9 of us (1 bride, 5 bridesmaids, 2 moms, and 1 sister) and make-up for all but 2 of the bridesmaids. Everyone looked gorgeous and natural. A few of my bridesmaids hadn't had their hair and make-up done before and so did not have super specific ideas of what might look good on them. Lisa was very good at listening to what they said and translating it into a look that was beautiful and completely suited their personality. She was fun to have with us throughout the day as we got ready -- she joined in the conversation, but didn't try to overwhelm it. My bridesmaids, moms, and sister all said they enjoyed having her there and we all got so many compliments on how great we looked!!

Lisa did my hair and make-up for my wedding in August 2011. She also did hair on two of my bridesmaids and make-up on on one brides maid, and the bride's (me) mother.Lisa definitely delivers high quality results for a great value. She is definitely a pro when it comes to wedding hair and make-up. I would definitely recommend her to anyone, but especially those cost conscious brides out there. :-)

Lisa did an amazing job on hair and makeup for me and my bridal attendants. I got many compliments on how beautiful I looked but more importantly I felt beautiful. Lisa was very flexible I had a friend that Lisa had to redo several times and she never seemed bothered by it. She even helped deal with the hotel staff when we had a room issue. I would highly recommend Lisa she knows what she's doing and really enjoys it.

Lisa did my hair and makeup for my wedding, as well as my bridesmaids hair. She did exactly what me and my bridesmaids asked her to do, by doing our hair as best suited our faces and according to the style we wanted. My makeup looked superb. Also, we finished early. She's fast, efficient, and great at doing hair and makeup.

Lisa did a beautiful job on my hair and make up for my wedding. Though my bridesmaids weren't as thrilled with their hair as I was, I thought she made everyone look beautiful. Having done a run through, she knew exactly what she was doing and recreated the style beautifully. She took an idea I brought to her about having a ribbon tied in my updo and made it beautiful. Everyone commented on how beautiful it was. She helped put on my dress and veil and did so much more than hair and make up. She scouted the perfect location at my venue to do the hair and make up which made for beautiful pictures.
