Ceresville Mansion

From start to finish Ceresville was AWSOME! I had no idea what I was doing and they were there to lend advice without making me feel bad. On the day of my wedding, the "Bridal Stalker" as they are called, was the best, she was super friendly and I really felt she was there for me. I definately recommend Ceresville and I hope to find an excuse to go there myself in the future!

A stunning venue. We had a mid-day wedding with Easter egg hunt and cupcakes. Stephanie was so wonderful and accommodating and helpful. You get the sense that they are not just one of those churn venues that wants to get you out ASAP, but that they honestly want to provide you with the best day/experience/memories of your life. The food is fantastic. Definitely go to the tasting dinners before your wedding. They will work with you to re-craft your menu based on what you like from the tasting. The quality of food, decorations, settings, grounds, all of it was impeccable. Rave reviews from all the guests on the food (they particularly loved the Crab Bisque, empanadas, mushroom soup, and tenderloins, heck just about everything that day) and the quantity was more than enough for seconds or thirds or even fourths for all the guests.

There aren't enough superlatives in the dictionary to describe how great the entire staff was at Ceresville. They made a highly stressful time in our lives so much easier, allowing us to truly enjoy ourselves at our daughter's wedding. The ambiance, food and service were outstanding and I'd highly recommend them to anyone who wants a fantastic event and one that family and friends will be talking about (in a good way) for years to come!!! Well done!!!

Ceresville was fantastic! Our wedding coordinator was great, my "bridal stalker" was so sweet and helpful and how could I forget Stephanie! She made sure that everything was planned out to the last detail and everything went off without a hitch. Thanks so you much to your entire staff!

When looking for a venue for our wedding Ceresville was not a place I first thought of. I expected it to be over priced and not my cup of tea. BOY WAS I EVER WRONG! After going to an open house the choice was made! I am so thankful we chose Ceresville. The staff was always there to answer my questions, on top of what was to be done next and the food was delicious! I never thought I'd get married in a venue so beautiful. Many thanks to the Ceresville team!

I could not say enough great things about Ceresville Mansion. I am SO happy we chose this venue for our reception - I felt so comfortable knowing everything was taken care of and the experience and professionalism of Stephanie Norton/the entire staff would ensure me a stress free wedding day. - and it did! My (now) husband and I went searching for the perfect venue, knowing we wanted something different - not a hotel or country club - we wanted our reception to stand out, and it certainly did. The twin parlors made for a great cocktail hour, we lined the fireplace with black and white old family wedding photos and the pond outisde we lined with candles and flowers made for some amazing photos All of the personal touches and decorations we envisioned were placed perfectly before we arrived. Anything that I needed at the reception Angela, the bridal attendant took care of, and the event manager Wayne took care of. The planning process with Stephanie was amazing - she was so great to work with, responsive and caring. The food at the reception was so good! My only "complaint" was this was the only venue that carged a big fee/wasnt free (35$ per person) for the tastings - you'd think we are spending enough money trying to feed that good to 130 people that I wouldnt have to give another 70 to try it - however, they set up the tasting similar to a reception, so it was worth it in the end. Every place in the DC is pricey, and Ceresville's rates were relatively reasonable given the area. If I had to do it all over again I couldnt imagine it being anywhere but Ceresville! I had a blast!!

Ceresville Mansion was WONERFUL!!!!! I know for a fact that if I were to have chosen another venue, I wouldn't have had my dream wedding! I LOVED how they had wedding planning as part of their services saved me so much money from investing in a wedding planner. They answered all of my questions and seemed like they really cared about my wedding and putting everything together. I was very pleased. Jenni and Alison helped me. I can't imagine a bride NOT getting married here!

I was recently married October 15 ,2011 at Ceresville Mansion. I would just like to say that Cereville Mansion was hands down the best venue for my wedding. Not only is it a one stop shop but the experience here was like no other. The staff made my day the best it could possibly be. My husband and family were so taken back at how at home they made us feel. My guest's were equally impressed with how "at home" they made them feel. I would reccomend Ceresville to anyone who is looking for that extra "wow" factor for thier wedding. They just don't come close to anyone else.

We just celebrated our wedding last night and I could not wait to write a review. We had the most easy planning ever. We found Ceresville and booked our date with only 5 months to plan. Most people would think we were crazy for doing such a short engagement but Ceresville made the entire process so incredibly easy. Our planner Jenni was so responsive, always answered all questions and got back to me so quickly. She made everything go so smoothly. I appreciate everything she did to bring me to the big day with nothing left to think about. Melissa, the banquet manager, was so organized and blasted through the rehearsal leaving everyone feeling so sure that our wedding would go without a hitch! The day of our wedding, the skies opened up and we finally had some sun. Our outdoor ceremony was beautiful followed by the most perfect reception. The staff is so attentive and on top of everything! My stalker Jess was always there to get me a drink, hold my bouquet or even help bustle my dress when it kept coming undone! Thank you Ceresville, we had the most perfect wedding and i cannot think of one thing i could complain about. My guests had a blast, raved about the food and the beautiful mansion and i know i will be bragging about our choice of venues for years to come!!!

The staff at Ceresville was outstanding! Jenni was a pleasure to work with during the planning process and was willing to help me with anything and she always responding very quickly to any questions. Mellissa my banquet manager was all smiles and made everything run smoothly. The dances should have been done earler but thats not her fault b/c it was on the timeline later in the evening. The Mansion is gorgeous and makes for a beautiful evening. I wish I could get married all over again.

Ceresville is the absolute perfect setting to have your wedding! The coordinators (Thank you Meghan!) were so quick to respond, and never made me feel like a pain, even though I asked TONS of questions. The food was delicious, and people can't compliment us enough how beautiful and perfect everything was! I really can not commend Ceresville enough for the beautiful work they do, and the way that they put brides to ease!

I cannot say enough good things about this vendor. They are a great choice and well worth the money. The entire staff does everything they can to make sure that your wedding is perfect. My coordinator was Stephanie and she was so easy to communicate with. If I had a question, I would just e-mail her and most of the time I would receive a response within the hour. She was also great with suggestions and any "timing" "order of events" etc questions I had. My day of coordinator was Melissa and she was also great. She was there from when I arrived at the venue at noon to when I left at midnight just to make usre everything went smoothly. The food was great too which is rare for wedding food! You do have to pay for a tasting, but it is really nice and we actually had a second mini tasting which was free. They are so accommodating, it is perfect for a busy bride. I would suggest it to anyone that has the budget!

I can't explain how worthwhile it was for my hushband and I to find such a great venue for or wedding. Everyone should give Ceresville a look, I am sure it will be perfect for you as it was for us.

Our ceremony and reception were held at Ceresville Mansion. Ceresville was the first place we visited when searching for a venue and after leaving Ceresville, no other place could compare. We booked our location one year in advance because Ceresville encompassed everything we wanted in one place. Our coordinator, Alison Lyn-Elliott, was AMAZING. She responded to all emails and telephone calls promptly and professionally. Alison offered great tips and suggestions to make our event flawless and wonderful. Wayne, the day of coordinator, kept everyone on schedule and did so with a great sense of humor. Our family and friends are still raving about the beautiful decor, professional staff, and delicious food. I must re-iterate, the food was DELICIOUS!!!!! Overall, we were very pleased with Ceresville and will recommend this venue.

I would recommend Ceresville to ANY bride (with 150 guests or less). Stephanie Norton was our coordinator and from the start, helped kept us organized. They send letters when upcoming payments were due (otherwise I'd surely forget!), gave us lists and forms asking us for information they needed, updated estimates constantly as things changed, etc etc! Wayne, the rehearsal and day of coordinator was absolutely on top of everything, kept things on schedule, and always let me know how much time I had until the next "event". Angie was wonderful on the wedding day, getting whatever we needed and helping us relay messages (so that we did not have to get up and run around). The venue staff helped us set everything up--centerpieces, linens, flower petals...and even helped get things packed up! It was SUCH a breeze, I really didn't need to request friends' help other than the groomsmen. I had friends asking what they could do to help and I was like "uh, I don't know...I think the staff is taking care of it". Everything just went sooo smoothly and the venue is so beautiful, and with their quality of service, there is no other place I can think of that is a better value (and near stress-free) for a bride & groom.

Ceresville Mansion was a wonderful venue for my daughter's wedding. Alison, our coordinator went above and beyond and was there for us every step of the way. When there was an issue with the fabric steamer, Alison even ran out and purchased a new one and steamed my daughter's wedding dress herself! Now that's service! The food was delicious. Everyone was professional and the service there is outstanding. What a gorgeous setting. The staff at Ceresville Mansion know how to do weddings. It was a perfect day!

Ceresville was wonderful. Our wedding day went off without a hitch because their team was so incredibly helpful. The ceremony went smoothly, everything was in place just as I would have it to be. It was a wonderful memorable day thanks to this crew!

Ceresville Mansion is nothing but spectacular!!! I don't believe that I could have chosen a more magical venue for our wedding. From beginning to end they were nothing but friendly and accomodating. My coordinator Stephanie was always helpful and responsive to any request that I had. The food as wonderful, especially since they ventured out of their comfort zone and made jerk chicken a menu option for us. Our guest were nothing but please and are constantly asking us how did we find such a beaituful venue. You will NOT be disappointed if you choose Ceresville Mansion for your wedding.
