Ginny was wonderfully helpful and very professional. She wrote a great service and we--and our families--were very pleased with choosing her services. I would definitely recommend Ceremonies and Celebrations.

10-8-11 Ginny provided a wonderful wedding ceremony for Bob and I. We didn't give her a whole lot of notice and she was very gracious and accommodating for us. Ginny was very pleasant and easy to talk to and was a steadying force for me on my wedding day. I would highly recommend her.

Ginny is so sweet and kind, she was even able to make my husband open up to her who is normally on the quiet side. During our first meeting she got to know us and used that to make our ceremony personalized. We opted not to do a rehearsal, but Ginny came early the day of the wedding to help us quick practice which really put us at ease. She provided a detailed questionnaire that she used to really make our ceremony personalized in addition to our meeting in person. She also provided lots of options for vows and ring vows. We were able to preview the ceremony wording before the wedding, but hearing the words on our wedding day it was even more beautiful than we expected. We had a moment of silence for our loved ones that passed, during which a gust of wind came in. Ginny made a quiet comment that "they're here" and I got goose bumps. Wow. I also liked that she personalized our ceremony by saying how my husband and I met, and what we loved about each other. The entire ceremony was perfect. The weather was not what we were hoping for, but Ginny was very flexible. I cannot say enough great things. We are so thankful to of had Ginny as our wedding officiant.

I cannot say enough about Ginny Carson our officiate. She was warm and welcoming the instant we met her and I felt immediately like she would do a perfect job marrying us. I was having a hard time finding someone to personalize our ceremony but that is the concept behind Ginny's business: it's about the bride and groom 100%. Not only did she personalize our ceremony, she added in a personalized copy of our ceremony so that we can keep it and possibly use it as a future vow renewal. We left for our honeymoon relaxed and without worry as Ginny also files papers such as the marriage license with the state. Ginny is efficient, personable, and reasonably priced and I would highly recommend her to any bride and groom.

Ginny was fantastic. She kept us calm before the ceremony, adjusted when the weather was not what we expected. She also provided us with a meaningful, personalized and lighthearted ceremony as we hoped it would be. I would endorse Ginny to anyone looking for a great officiant!

Ginny was absolutely marvelous. I can't say enough about her. She helped my partner and I to feel very comfortable with the ceremony that all of us created together. Because of her help, we were able to quickly decide the type of wedding we wanted to have. And, during the actual ceremony, Ginny's guidance truly reduced our nervousness. She guided us through the ceremony with ease. In fact, several guests at our wedding let us know that she had done an excellent job and they told us that our ceremony was very warm, loving and special. She is an unbelievably decent person to work with and very caring, kind and patient. We just can't say enough good things about her.

Ginny was the perfect officiant! She tailored the service to meet our unique cultural traditions and special requests, and she edited every aspect of the service as requested. She also wrote our vows in a booklet, made special commerative keepsakes, submitted our marriage license right after the ceremony, did a full rehearsal with us the day before, met with us for an in person interview months prior to the wedding, answered all our phone calls and e-mails, and was extremely helpful and responsive. Our ceremony was beautiful and it even exceeded our imagination and hopes/expectations. We couldn't have asked for a better day or a better officiant! Thanks, Ginny!

Ginny was a wonderful officiant. She met with us before the wedding - asked us about our values, beliefs, hopes and dreams. She incorporated all of this into our wedding ceremony. We wrote our own vows but Ginnys words during the ceremony were so moving. We had a Harris Hawk who delivered our rings to the best man during the ceremony. Ginny knew it was coming but had no practice time with it. She walked right up to it, took the rings, and played right into the whole surprise to our guests. Everyone has told us that the ceremony was so beautiful. Ginny's presence at our wedding was wonderful.

Ginny was super easy to work with - my husband and I were very clear about what wanted our ceremony to "feel" like and she truly delivered!

My husband and I keep remarking on the amount of compliments that we received regarding the sincere, sentimental, and personalized ceremony!! Ginny created an amazing ambience with her laughter, heart felt words, and personalized service. She was professional, easy to work with, and very flexible. I liked that we were able to meet with her in person and that she asked us about our relationship and values. She was able to incorporate all of these little details in the ceremony. She was also invaluable during the rehearsal- we had a large, and noisy, group with small attention spans, that she was able to control with ease. At first I was hesitant to hire an officiant, given that my husband and I had already been married for over a year following an elopement to Vegas... But, she proved to be an unforgettable addition to our celebration. Many guests commented on our amazing vows- Ginny provided us with about 100 different versions of every possible part of the ceremony to choose from and then personalize as we saw fit. Thanks again Ginny- you really made the ceremony sweet and personal. A day we will never forget!! THANKS!!!!

Ginny officiated my wedding ceremony this past Saturday. She did an absolutely wonderful job. She made me feel at ease with the whole process and wrote a beautiful ceremony for us. Ginny was an excellent cornerstone to our wedding ceremony. Timely, organized, humorous, honest, and attentive. Ease and flexibility in scheduling and meetings, responsive to emails, dedicated attention. I enjoyed working with her to customize our vows and her added personal touch was unique and on - point with what we were looking for. Ginny gave me and my husband a ceremony that we will never forget. Neither of us are religious, so we wanted a short sweet ceremony that would be memorable, but without all the fluff. Even though we only met with Ginny for half an hour a few weeks before the ceremony, she nailed it. It was from the heart and the sentiment was perfect. We also had a really cute situation with our five year old ring bearer. We got him a pillow with the fake rings attached to it and when she asked for the rings, he marched right up because he had the "real" rings. She comforted him, letting him know he had the real rings but we were using fake ones for the ceremony. It was so precious how she made sure he knew he was doing a great job. She was a calming force before the ceremony and was great throughout. I could not have asked for a better experience!

Ginny was absolutely awesome! Everyone gave us great feedback on our ceremony. She worked with us and created a ceremony that was unique for us. Ginny also helped guide us with rehearsal and ceremony activities; she provided some great information that really helped us on the wedding day. I would highly recommend Ginny to any bride to be! Ginny Carson is an excellent officiant. She made our wedding very special and personal. She listened to us, guided us through the process and in the end, our wedding ceremony was representative of our lives and our personalities. It was perfect. Ginny herself is warm and kind. The words she spoke at the ceremony were absolutely beutiful. We are very thankful to Ginny for being part of out special day.

Ginny was outstanding. She took the time to get to know us so she could make the ceremony personal and meaningful for all in attendance. We enjoyed her enthusiasm during the time we worked with her, and her friendly style. We would recommend her as an excellent officiant!

Ginny is a very sweet woman who will absolutely make your day "your wedding, your way." She takes the time to meet with you and your fiance so that she can get to know you and the kind of wedding that you want to have. She takes these into consideration as she puts together a ceremony for you. She let us choose our vows (but you don't have to if you don't want to) and she allowed us to review our ceremony and make any changes before the wedding day that we saw fit. On the day-of the vows I ended up saying to my husband were slighly different from the ones he said to me, which wasn't what we wanted. Nobody really noticed, but that really was the only bit that didn't go exactly according to plan.

Ginny Carson provided us with a beautiful, completely customized ceremony for our wedding. When my husband and I met with her we felt very comfortable and knew she would be the perfect match to work with us. She gave us plenty of advice and suggestions but only as much as we wanted and were looking for. I picked Ginny from WeddingWire because I liked her sunshiney look in her picture. On the phone, she was personable, so I had my fiance call her too to discuss payment details and get a feel for her. He liked her, so we set up an in-person meeting that turned out to be a lot of fun. She even dug up yellow flowers from her yard, which are now growing in our back yard! Ginny emailed us a questionnaire asking about our relationship, how we met, wedding parties, personal values, spiritual beliefs, wishes and peeves, what kind of ceremonies we might like included, etc. We filled it out together and it was a helpful start to discussion. Then she sent us a beautiful draft ceremony that was moving and poetic. It really reflected water themes, which are central to how we met and our relationship itself. Editing the draft together, we had an emotional breakthrough that pulled us closer. Since we were writing vows ourselves, she sent us several documents of examples of wedding and ring vows. We adapted vows to "repeat after me" and also adapted a verse that we recited together. All in all, our ceremony and vows were our favorite part of our wedding. Many guests commented afterward how moving, genuine, and unique our ceremony was, and that they actually enjoyed listening to it. We were incredibly proud to say things that really represented our relationship, values, personalities, and feelings, and these all started with Ginny!

Ginny is so kind and personable.We felt as if we had known her for years.Being that I am out of state, most communication with Ginny was via email and phone calls. She was always quick to respond. She supplied us with many ideas and vows to choose from which always helps when you know what you want to say, but not sure how to say it... Ginny is great!!! My husband Pat and I feel lucky and blessed to have had someone of Ginny's caliber play such an integrall part in one of the most important days of our lives.
