Awesome is what I would say about Bridals by Elena! I bought my dress from another store, but choose to have Bridals by Elena make all the custom alterations and I couldn't be more SATISFIED! My dress looked amazing and it fit perfectly. They put in a built-in bra, under-skirt and bustle on my dress. Oh yeah, they also added crystals to various areas to really make the dress pop! It was well worth the time and money to get my dress altered at this bridal salon! On my wedding day, I felt beautiful and comfortable...and that built-in bra really came in handy in keeping me cool!! Plus I have nice sized boobs that need to stay up and perky and the amazing built-in bra did ALL OF THAT for me!!! I'm 100% happy and satisfied with my gown and would go back whenever I need alterations done - not that I plan on getting married again any time soon! Seriously, if you're looking for a fabulous bridal salon, go to Bridals by Elena! Oh, and they sale beautiful gowns there too, and I would have bought mine there too!

The team at Bridals by Elena was great! They were professional, knowledgeable, skilled and a pleasure to work with. From the initial meeting, to the fittings and alterations, the team was courteous, worked hard to make me look great in my dress, paid attention to detail and made honest recommendations. The experience would have not been the same at a different location, nor would the quality. So thankful for how great I felt in my dress! Recommend!

Elena, Katia and the staff at Bridals by Elena were wonderful to work with. On our first visit, Katia provided several design choices that were so complimentary to my daughter's figure coupled with affordable pricing, we purchased her dress and veil on our first visit. They were extremely accommodating to work with my daughter's out-of-town, military schedule and were so delightful that we enjoyed each visit. We also purchased earrings and a beautiful crystal comb to accompany her outfit. Her dress is absolutely beautiful and she looked magnficent on her wedding day! I was so impressed with their attention to detail, and overall professionalism. I plan to have them clean and prepare her dress for storage. I highly recommend them!

I discovered Elena when shopping for my dress - this bridal salon is definitely the best in the area - I loved that they have so many dresses on mannequins so you can actually see what the dresses look like, plus the "runways" and "rear view cameras" they use to display you in each dress really make the experience special. I did not end up buying a dress at her shop however just after talking to her about the dresses I tried on there, I knew I wanted her to do my alterations because she was so knowledgable and knew exactly how to transform each dress to match what I was describing. I bought my dress at Kleinfelds and had it shipped to Elena's store for my fittings. When I had first tried my dress on it was not exactly what I wanted but I saw the potential and so did Elena - she made it look so much better than I could have expected and paid so much attention to every detail. I received so many comments on how perfectly the dress fit me as if it were made for me. I really can not say enough about how wonderful she and her team were to work with. I bought all of my accessories from Elena, so did my mom, because they have such great prices and everything looks like the jewelry you find in very high end stores. Definitely recommend Elena's for dresses, accessories, and alterations!

Although I purchased my dress out of state, Elena did the alterations on my dress. I was lucky that I didn't need a lot done, just the bustle, adding a few hooks to the corset, and having it pressed for the big day. Elena was so friendly and professional and overall she did a wonderful job. I was so pleased with how it all turned out and I can definitely recommend Bridals by Elena to anyone looking to purchase or alter a wedding dress. Elena will do wonderful work!

Elena herself goes out of her way to make sure that each bride receives exactly the same loving, tender, caring amount of attention. My experience with all the personnel in this store were nothing short of awesome. Elena helped me pick the exact right dress for me and I couldn't be happier with the results!

Katia, Elena and Frances were a true pleasure to work with. They helped me find my dream dress and my bridesmaid dresses. No problems with alterations, appointments or friendliness. I would recommend Bridals by Elena to anyone! My veil was also perfect and they helped shorten by necklace(that wasn't purchased from the) to be the length I wanted. I will use them in the future for special occasion dresses for sure.

Elena's was great! Don't bother going to Mary's....she was horrible. Brida's by Elena's has great people and great dresses!

After being a sold a "custom" dress from Mary's Bridal that was actually a Maggie Sotero dress that the tag had been ripped out of, I decided to try on a few dresses at Bridals by Elena. Our consultant Francis was amazing. I was very open to trying on anything.. any style and any type but I really wanted lace. I couldnt quite find any that looked good on me in lace but I kept trying them on. She could tell before I even tried it on that I wouldn't like it and it would do nothing for my body type. Francis pulled only one dress for me that she chose and asked me if I would consider trying it on. I agreed because I was up for anything. The dress that Francis chose was absolutely amazing, beautiful and fit my body perfectly! She is so gifted. Francis also dressed my mom in a few dresses and convinced her to order one out of a catelog that she hadnt tried on. It was the most beautiful dress I had ever seen my mom in. She looked elegant and perfect, and I could tell she felt amazing in it. This was the best experience I could ever imagine buying a dress.

Elena, Francis and the entire staff at Bridal's by Elena were amazing!! Francis was such a pleasure to work with and helped me pick the perfect dress at our first appointment. She greeted me and my family with a huge smile and I have to give her the credit - she picked the perfect dress!! Elena was so amazing to work with each time I came for a fitting. I live in FL and they were very flexible with my fitting appointments. I had several major alterations done to the dress and Elena did an incredible job - the dress fit perfectly and looked beautiful. She is truly an artist and gifted seamstress! I had a very specific veil in mind and Elena hand made the most beautiful veil for me. She also took the optional shoulder strap that came with the dress and made a beautiful hairpiece with it. Bridal's by Elena was excellent - from the first appointment to the last fitting!

Bridals by Elena is incredible! My dress was so beautiful and the prices was well within our budget along with the alerations! The staff there was very nice, fun to work with and very accomodating! Our bridesmaids dresses also came from Bridals by Elena and everyone was pleased with the service they received. I have never been so excited to wear a dress before! Elena's personal touch and attention to detail made me feel very good when it came to the alerations, picking out shoes and even jewelry!

Elena and her staff are great to work with. The salon is beautiful and their sales people (Ms. Francis in particular) are wonderful and helpful and my dress was amazing! It totally flattered my figure and was so gorgeous! Alterations are not included - but are totally worth the cost. My dress was comfortable and fit me perfectly!

I would not recommend Bridals by Elena if you are not willing to splurge on your dress, however, if you are, she is by far the best! My husband came with me to pick up my dress and even he was impressed with it!

I recently purchased my wedding dress at Bridals by Elena. Frances was my consultant and she was knowledgeable and personable. It was refreshing to work with a consultant who let me say my opinion and would chime in with her professional opinion as well. The store had a large selection of dresses and had options for a lower budget. This was only my first time out shopping for a dress and I found my dream dress and bought it that day!

Everyone at this store is simply wonderful, and are so willing to help make your vision a reality.I dont believe better service could be found elsewhere. Elena, thank you for making my dress everything I wanted. Your attention to detail is amazing, and I got soo many complements on the headpiece you made.

I am very difficult to fit and I knew going into wedding dress shopping that I would need a lot of alterations. I chose Bridals by Elena because the store owner, Elena is a seamstress and dress maker. She really really knows wedding dresses. She was able to turn my gown into a corset back and build in the bones for a bra (and I am incredibly large on top) so that I did not need a strapless bra. I had musltiple fittings, where every detail was attended to and I was never concerned that my dress would not be ready or perfect. I would absolutely use Bridals by Elena, if you don't want the stress of worrying about your wedding gown.

Run, do not walk, to Bridals by Elena if you are a bride in the Annapolis area. Words can not explain how amazing this company is. They do not try to wheel and deal you a wedding gown and give you high quality service and tons of attention. This is maybe the most emotional/fun/memorable event that will take place before the wedding and if you want it to be personal and enjoyable, go see Elena and her fabulous team. My dress fit like a glove and she did everything possible to make sure I looked fantastic. I like in NC now but am from the Annapolis area and ended up getting my gown up there. I had come home for my initial fitting in March 2011 when my gown came in and it needed alot of alterations. I came back in May and she offered to meet me on Friday at 4pm for my second fitting, then to come back Saturday at 5pm for my third fitting so I wouldnt have to travel again. She worked tirelessly to get it all done in just a days time and I couldnt have been more appreciative!! Thank you so much for everything!!!!!!

Great dress shop! Elena, Katia and everyone in the shop is so friendly and very helpful. Elena is so professional and has plenty of good advice and ideas from all her experience. Alterations were perfect- my dress couldn't have fit better.

It was overwhelming walking into a bridal shop for the first time and seeing all the dresses not knowing where to start. But the ladies at Elena helped me sort through the dresses and the dress I ended up with was one they picked out for me and it was perfect! Everytime I was there I was treated with respect and felt special. They did an amazing job with the hemming on a intricate layering of the dress. I would highly recommend this bridal shop!

I had looked at about 5 stores before going to Bridals By Elena. Elena had, BY FAR the most variety of dresses. During my appointment (which did NOT have a time constraint like most other stores) I had 100% one-on-one attention. I had looked everywhere for the gown of my dreams and Elena made it happen by putting some personalized changes to the dress (adding straps, CUSTOM made bolero to match perfectly). I required a lot of alterations as well and Elena skills are amazing! A really wonderful team at Bridals By Elena - so friendly and fun!
