I loved my wedding at Antrim 1844 and got tons of complimentsfrom my guests. Everything was perfect....the atmosphere, the food, and our "after wedding" get together at the pub. I must say though what really made my wedding experience the best was my wedding coordinator Lee. Lee was so calming and patient throughout everything. I would email her and she consistently returned my emails with the answers I needed the same day. She is amazing! I have always loved Antrim but having been to dozens of weddings throughout the past few years, I just think Antrim does an awesome job in comparison. The setting is beautiful, the employees are accomodating, what else do you need???? :)

Antrim 1844 was the PERFECT place to host our wedding. Our guests were so impressed with the property and the food was OUTSTANDING!!! Our coordinator Lee was extremely helpful throughout the entire process...We couldn't have been happier with her and the rest of the staff! It was the perfect day and I would highly recommend the Antrim 1844 to any bride looking for an elegant and beautiful wedding venue.

Our wedding at Antrim 1844 was absolutely flawless. Our wedding coordinator, Elizabeth was professional, responsive, organized and timely. She executed everything perfectly. The venue is absolutely beautiful and the food is amazing. I have gotten uncountable compliments on our wedding and how beautiful it was. We also hung out in the pickwick pub for a little after party and had a blast. Breakfast the next morning was also awesome. From start to finish it was amazing. I can't say enough about this place. We will for sure be returning for weekend getaways.

Everyone says that the perfect wedding isnt possible.... for us it totally was! We feel in love with antrim from the start and every time we came back to visit we fell even more in love with it!The food/ service/ atmosphere/ and Lee was amazing! We never had to ask or worry about anything the enitre day/night. It was amazing, all of our guests were well fed and happy. Everyone couldnt stop raving about the venue, food and service. It really was so amazing! Thanks to lee and everyone at antrim for making it the best night and party of our lives. Our friends and family had such a blast and no complaints!

We were just married on June 11, 2011. We planned our wedding along with the wedding coordinators at Antrim for two years. They could not have been more helpful. The setting is beautiful, like no other. The food is amazing, not your typical catered meal, but a one of a kind specialized menu. Everyone at Antrim, espcially Lee our coordinator, helped to make it the best day of our lives. I completely and totally recommend this wedding venue, I can't imagine having had the wedding elsewhere.

Everything about our experience with them was amazing! The Food was INCREDIBLE and the place was GORGEOUS!! I am so glad we had our wedding here. We looked around alot and saw this place and fell in love! They were very helpful and made it the wedding of our dreams!

I have to say, Antrim 1844 is THE place to get married. Not only is the venue itself absolutely stunning, but the service is top notch. We had a four-star meal that everyone raved over and a luxurious place to stay at for our wedding night (guests included). They even arranged for a fabulous breakfast the next morning for us and our guests who stayed the night. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect send off! The folks at Antrim really care about you and do everything to make your wedding day truly special. We were provided with our own wedding coordinator, Lee, and she was my personal savior. There were several minor issues through out the ceremony/reception (no fault of their own) and Lee handled them like a champ. She was super responsive and extremely helpful when it came to the planning portion as well. I gave her the opportunity to be creative (with centerpieces) and her and her staff totally rocked it out for us. They did such a beautiful job making our wedding look and feel the way we wanted it to. We really couldn't have done it (and kept our sanity) without her.Three weeks later, our guests are still raving about the food, mood, and menu that Antrim helped us to create. I thought wedding planning was going to be so difficult, but I was wrong, and it's all because of their wonderful staff and superb service! The only minor complaint we had was regarding the room block contracts. They are a bit confusing, but Lee did her best to help us out and get everything squared away with. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience! I HIGHLY recommend working with Antrim! In general, weddings are expensive, but at Antrim, you get what you pay for and it's worth every dime!

My husband and I were recently married at Antrim 1844. We had much anticipated an outdoor Spring wedding in the beautiful gardens. Instead we had a torrential down pour with tornado warnings. And yet, it didn't matter one bit. It was the most beautiful day of our lives. We had wanted a backyard wedding, but neither of our houses would accommodate our large family. So we decided on Antrim...and that night it felt like home.The mansion and glass ballroom are romantic and cozy. The grounds are breathtaking, even with thunder and lightning surrounding. The food was unbelievable (even my uncle who is a chef said it was the best steak he has had in some time.) The staff treated us like family, like that night was just as important to them as it was to us. From the waitstaff who had our 130 guests fed within minutes, to the valet crew who braved the storm with 7 umbrellas to ensure not a drop of rain met my silk dress... everyone went above and beyond for us. And then there is Lee. Lee Thompson is fantastic. She is like the best friend every bride needs... Someone to give you direction, to help you make the thousands of little (and big!) decisions, and to make sure every detail is perfect. I never imagined I would be so relaxed on my wedding day, but with Lee I truly had nothing to worry about. Thank you, Lee, for everything. We are so grateful to have found Antrim 1844, and would whole-heartedly recommend it to a friend. We can't wait to go back for our 1 year anniversary!

If you want a fairy tale or elegant wedding this is the place to go. Our wedding coordinator Elisabeth was amazing. It was such a relief to have such an organized person help us prepare for our wedding and be there for every moment during our wedding day. The food was so delicious. People still talk about the food. It was such a unique experience to set down with the chef and prepare a custom meal. If you want a unique, romantic experience and would like to avoid the stale hotel or reception hall this is the place to get married.

We got married at Antrim last day-after-Thanksgiving, and almost a year later our friends and family are still telling us how wonderful it was and what a great time they had. We had about 70 guests, almost all of whom stayed at Antrim the night of the wedding (and many the night before as well). We loved that this maximized our quality time with friends and family, many of whom had traveled from thousands of miles away, and allowed our guests to get to know each other before the wedding. To make your wedding weekend really special, I'd recommend having as many guests as possible stay on the property.Antrim is beautiful from top to bottom, and we took advantage of all it had to offer. After our ceremony in the pavilion, we had cocktails and hors d'oevres in the mansion. The intimacy and elegance of the setting set just the right tone for the evening and let our guests enjoy Antrim's historic beauty. Dinner was back in the pavilion, and it was AMAZING! So many people told us it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding, and it was exactly what we'd discussed with Chef Gettier. Our cake (made by Monique on Antrim's staff) was incredible, and we got so many compliments on how good it looked and tasted. After dancing, we headed back to the Pickwick Pub for the afterparty. It was great to spend more quality time with our guests in such a cozy setting. The boys headed out to the deck to smoke cigars, the girls sat by the fire, etc. It was a wonderful way to end the evening (although it was early morning by then).Antrim is the complete wedding experience. Our wedding coordinator, Bethany, did a tremendous job working with our vendors and with Antrim's staff to make sure everything was just the way I wanted it. She was very responsive and handled lots of last minute and special requests. We received wonderful, personalized service, and we always felt as though Antrim's staff were excited to be a part of our wedding (partly because they said as much!) We also were thrilled with the value Antrim turned out to be. The packages offered by Antrim are incredibly reasonable when you compare with other venues, particularly given the ability to create your own menu with the chef and and the flexibility to create your own bar with the food and beverage manager. There were no surprises on our bill, and we felt as though we got more than our money's worth.Antrim was exactly the wedding venue we hoped it would be. If you're looking for a wedding weekend that is intimate, elegant, and epicurean, look no further than Antrim. You can expect a unique setting, warm and personalized service, and value that cannot be beat.

Every aspect about the Antrim is nothing short of AMAZING!! First, the grounds of the Antrim are spectacular. We worked with Bethany Lord, who was absolutely outstanding. She was calming, confident, professional and kind from the time of our first meeting. I put everything in her hands the day of the wedding and she made every decision just as I would - and better! She truly made our day flawless and stunning.Further, the entire staff at the Antrim are wonderful. They are sweet, caring, prompt and took care of us and each of our guests as if they were family. I brought welcome bags a week ahead of time for each of our guests and the staff at the Antrim made sure they were in each guest room as they arrived. Simple and classy touches like these made the entire weekend memorable. It also helps the suites, houses and rooms are impeccable and beautiful!THE FOOD! Let's just say I am still hearing how amazing the food was. One of the things I loved about the Antrim was having a restaurant on-site. Well, this is more than just a restaurant, Chef Michael Gettier is unbelievable and his attention to detail didn't go unnoticed. The food was impeccable! Also, I am severely allergic to nuts and never had one ounce of hesitation about eating the food!I would recommend Antrim to any bride that is looking for a beautiful, well-run and memorable wedding. Antrim surely exceeded our expectations and we have incredible memories from our wedding day! Thank you Bethany & Antrim!!

Mike and his team went above and beyond to make our day absolutely perfect. I don't have any regrets about choosing Antrim. Lots of guests came up and told us that it was the best wedding they'd ever been to and I attribute that entirely to the staff at Antrim. Special shout-out to Janice, who was especially amazing and made sure we ate. :)

Antrim 1844 is the PERFECT place for a romantic, unique wedding. We had our ceremony and reception at Antrim in late October and could not have been more pleased. The service at Antrim is impeccable. Keith, the wedding coordinator, is simply amazing. He is straightforward, yet charming, and helps to ease the stress of wedding planning with his expertise. While planning a wedding can be overwhelming, I knew once I arrived for the weekend, that everything would be taken care of -- you and your husband-to-be are truly prince and princess of the weekend! He is there the entire day of your wedding and ensures that everything runs smoothly. It rained on our wedding day, and our ceremony had to be moved indoors. Keith took care of everything, and he and his staff turned the ceremony room into a romantic, candlelit haven. Also, the food -- it is out of this world. Our guests are STILL talking about how great the food was. Several have even made plans to go back for the weekend, just so they can have dinner!Antrim, and Keith, completely exceeded my expectations and helped to make the wedding of my dreams! I highly recommend.

The ceremony and reception set up was beautiful! They did all of that for us so I had no stress or worries. The location was gorgeous and my guests enjoyed the beautiful remote setting that was different from the typical beach-themed venue. I am looking forward to going back for our anniversary!Also, they provided us with a list of recommended vendors (cake, florist, photographer, etc.) and we took their recommendations and couldn't have been more please!

AMAZING!!!! We knew from our first visit we would have our wedding at Antrim. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the food is fantastic! Working with Keith was a dream, i don't know what i would have done without him. He will definitely make sure your wedding is everything you wanted and more. I think he checks the weather reports more than the brides do! It is a popular place, so book as soon as you can to get the date you want. Our wedding was perfect, and our guests still talk about how wonderful everything was! We can't wait to go back for our anniversary!

I have nothing but praise for my entire experience with Antrim 1844. Keith was a delight to work with, as were all of the other contacts made during our planning. The food was delicious and the reception was absolute perfection.

Antrim was the first place we visited when searching for a reception site, and we fell in love with it! We visited in the dead of winter, and even then the grounds were beautiful. We held our cocktail hour on the croquet lawn, and our reception in the pavillion. Everything looked beautiful, and Keith and his staff took care of every last detail. And the food was amazing! So many guests commented on how great it was. It may seem pricey compared to other venues in the area, but it is well worth the extra cost. Highly recommend!!
