Annapolis Catering

As I expressed to Annapolis Catering last Saturday, promises of service delivery often prove shallow. However from our initial planning discussions I immediately developed a confidence level that Annapolis catering would deliver. I am pleased to say that their delivery and that of their staff far exceeded my reasonable expectations. The high quality and detail surrounding both food and service was not only appreciated by my family but repeatedly noted to me by the majority of our guests. It was truly an elegant affair! Please accept this review as both recognition and appreciation for helping make my daughter’s wedding reception a memorable experience. It is a credit to Phil’s leadership and the dedication of the staff.

I highly recommend Annapolis Catering. It could not have been better. I was able to visit with my guests because all details were covered by Annapolis Catering. I look forward to working with them again in the future. There is no better way to have fun at your own party!!!

After meeting with Phil and Barb, we used them to cater both our rehearsal dinner and the wedding. They have an excellent understanding and knowledge of crafting great menus. We were looking for a unique dinner menu (i.e. no bacon wrapped scallops, spankopitas,etc) and they came through wonderfully on both occasions. Phil and Barb bring a personal touch to their business that was a huge factor in our decision to work with them. We highly recommend Phil and Barb, especially if your looking for a unique menu. Our guests raved about the menu, especially the seafood paella and Jamaican jerk chicken.

Phil and Bard were wonderful. And if you want a smoked pig this is the caterer to go with! I know it's an unusual choice for wedding fare, but we had a tropical luau sort of theme and it was perfect. My only complaint...the caterer was supposed to bring their own tables for serving (this was in the contract) but forgot. Luckily the venue had some to lend them.

They payed such close attention to detail from the appetizers to the buffet to the tables to the bar. Our wedding mixed Filipino and American cultures. For the first time, this caterer provided a dinner buffet with absolutely phenomenal Filipino food. Our relatives from the Phillipines raved about it. The service they provided to our guests was outstanding.

Everything was perfect from the beginning to the end. I told Phil and Barb what I was looking for at my wedding and besides saying yes to the final menu I never had to think about the catering again. They did exactly what I asked for and stayed in my budget. Crossing one of the biggest things of my long wedding list of things to do was such a big relief. As for taste, everything was so perfectly done my guests were talking about it for months. What a great find! I recommend Annapolis Catering to all my friends and family.
